Are you a highly motivated, experienced Operations Manager looking for a new opportunity?

Do you know well and love the cosmetic industry, especially luxury skincare with experience of a Founder-led business?

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a close knit and expanding team who are looking for a like-minded individual who can make things happen. Joining this highly scientific skincare brand you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain function and ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the business.

Using your strategic and commercial mind you will lead the team to ensure cost-efficient and timely stock movement throughout the supply chain. You are always one step ahead and can accurately forecast stock requirements whilst managing the process of reporting on KPIs, stock and sales data.

With your great problem-solving skills and logical approach, you will work closely with the product team to ensure stock is delivered on budget and on time.
