We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Manager to join the Bare Escentuals team in France. The purpose of this role will be to drive and develop the bareMinerals brand in the digital space throughout France. To drive the bareMinerals.fr website, develop the digital marketing strategy and successfully initiate and launch new digital business opportunities.
Online Strategy & Implementation
Develop & implement the digital marketing strategy to ensure forecasted KPIs are achieved.
Manage the Online P&L for France.
Liaise closely with the French Management team to implement and integrate a digital marketing strategy that is aligned with all channels and the key brand philosophies.
Develop and maintain a relationship with US BE IT to ensure the local digital approach is aligned to the Global approach and projects are completed effectively and on time and budget.
Work closely with the UK Online team to ensure the French website is aligned with the Global approach to digital marketing and website creative.
Manage relationships with all digital vendors (aligned globally where possible).
Work closely with the Community Manager, PR manager and Marketing Manager to maximise opportunities that will drive the Online business.
Inventory forecasting for the Online business.
Oversee and test the monthly engineering release - work with UK Senior Online Manager to prioritise monthly fixes and site optimisation.
Online Support Operations
Distribute weekly and monthly Online KPI reports.
Research new marketing opportunities to drive bareMinerals within the digital space.
Research industry trends and competitor activity to keep up-to-date with new opportunities and best practices, to ensure bareMinerals.fr remains relevant and competitive.
Work with Customer Services and the Warehouse teams to ensure an efficient and successful customer experience.
Coordinate and monitor brand visibility across all authorized online partners.
EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCES
Proven experience leading the development and implementation of ecommerce sales and marketing strategies.
Previous success in leading a sales channel, with responsibility for the channel P&L.
Exceptional, proven project management skills, bringing projects to successful completion, on time and within budget, whilst working with key stakeholders globally.
Ability to translate a strong brand story into the digital space effectively.
Proven experience with website design and production.
Experience working with HTML, web analytics and CMS systems.
Experience of working with external agencies and vendors.
Experience of marketing within a premium retail environment.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Proven track record of managing a team for success.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment with confidence and consistency.
Must have a positive attitude, work well under pressure and be a team player.
Fluent French and English
Must be willing to travel internationally when required.
Experience within a related product category in ecommerce strategies.
A relevant business degree/diploma.
Experience of working with CoreMetrics, DemandWare, BazaarVoice.
Experience of briefing web design work to a third-party agencies.
