Toly Products is a privately owned global manufacturer and supplier of luxury packaging for the Beauty Industry (make-up, skincare, cardboard and various other packaging solutions).
With sales offices in Malta, Paris, London, New York, Brussels, Milan, Sao Paolo, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and manufacturing plants in Malta, China, and South Korea, Toly is able to support an international customer base with innovative packaging solutions.
The Toly Belgium sales office is responsible for sales in Benelux, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Eastern Europe, and Russia.
In line with our continuous growth, we are looking for a talented and experienced Multi-lingual Sales Manager to strengthen our Toly Belgium sales office. English and German languages are mandatory.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the support, growth and development of existing accounts as well as delivering new business with new customers in collaboration with the General Manager and the Sales support team.
Your new role will be approx. 50% office based (Louvain-la-Neuve), 50% on the road to visit existing and new accounts as well as visiting exhibitions abroad (Italy, Germany), our head quarter (Malta), and our factories (Malta, China, Korea).
Your job will focus around developing new business and maintaining existing relationships, so you should be good at:
Building rapport and creating stable and long-term relationships.

Present and sell packaging solutions to a diverse audience
You will also be in charge of finding the packaging solutions to fill your clients’ needs. You will manage the whole sales development side of the project (reporting, sampling, price offers, project follow-up), from initial contact to the signature of the first order.
You will have full technical support from the factories, the trading partners, and of course the sales support team.
We are looking for a dynamic candidate with commercial skills, drive, ambition and an entrepreneur spirit. You will also possess the relevant language skills for the markets you will be managing.
English and German are mandatory.
Candidates with previous direct B2B sales experience in packaging, or the beauty industry, with an understanding of structured sales techniques are preferred. However, a comprehensive training program will be provided.
