Are you a results-oriented individual with marketing industry experience?

Do you have energy, drive and a love of all thing’s fragrance and beauty?

Joining this quintessentially British heritage brand at their stunning offices overlooking the Thames in Berkshire, you will throw yourself into their Marketing and NPD projects. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Group Product Manager you will assist with day to day activities by providing 360 support to ensure the projects line up with overall business objectives.

This is an excellent role for a recent graduate or experienced marketer to showcase their skills, providing management support across a broad range of projects. You will have a focus on PR, social media, and e-commerce. You will assist the Head of Marketing in managing the activity of retained PR and digital agencies, monitoring the brand’s online presence, and tracking customer feedback.

With a sharp eye for detail, you will ensure accurate information is utilised throughout the company, from updating brand intranet sites to export marketing, reporting internet sales and providing up to date NPD information to the digital agency.

Bringing your brilliant analytical, decision-making and communication skills to this role you will have the opportunity to evolve into a capable project manager, adopting a structured approach to resource management, planning and priority setting.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of working along the NPD process from concept to launch.
