Interparfums in exclusive licence negotiations with Salvatore Ferragamo

Interparfums is seeking to seize Salvatore Ferragamo’s license for perfumes and cosmetics

The Italian company has entered into negotiations with the manufacturer and distributor of prestige perfumery and cosmetics. Interparfums already manages the Boucheron, Jimmy Choo, Moncler and Van Cleef & Arpels licenses. The group also owns Lanvin fragrances and the Rochas brand.

With this transaction Salvatore Ferragamo aims to give a new boost to its perfumes and beauty products, while retaining its brand DNA, namely made in Italy and its selective distribution practices.

In 2020, fragrance accounted for 4,6% of Ferragamo revenues, compared to 6,3% in 2019.
