We are looking for a great communicator to drive innovation for our beauty and wellness brand. You must have an interest in naturals, sustainability and the environment and be able to uphold our soil certification credentials.
This is a broad role in a small business, so you must be willing to roll your sleeves up and manage multiple projects at a time. Covering all areas of innovation, formulation, packaging, project management, quality and global regulations.
You keep on top of everything what is happening, liaise with commercial teams to see what is selling and what is not and drive innovation around these numbers.
Experience working with and developing brands alongside retailers such as Boots, Waitrose, Amazon, Lloyds, Holland and Barrett as well as international distributors.
We develop ranges in collaboration with the National Trust, National Geographic and Ascot Races.
The current explosion in health and wellbeing has helped boost sales and business is 30-40% up on last year around £6m.
This role is too big for 1 person, so we need someone who can manage 3rd party consultants and suppliers and look to build a team when needed. You will support pre-production, manufacturing and production to ensure everything runs smoothly.
