With your passion for the industry and can-do attitude, you can play a pivotal role in a well-known British producer and distributor of beauty and personal care brands. Develop, implement and manage a NEW ecommerce division, while overseeing the existing branded and corporate websites team to deliver brand objectives and drive incremental sales.
Use your expertise to evaluate, propose and deliver the ecommerce business strategy for online B2B and the new B2C channel.
Manage all social media activity and influencer programmes, working alongside agencies. Direct and manage SEO, PPC, CMS, email marketing and digital advertising, providing analytic reports of all online activities.
Work collaboratively with existing online customers and their digital/social teams, to generate mutual sales growth.
Ensure implementation of current online plans and programmes, including customer retention & engagement, customer service and experience and new customer recruitment.
Develop and train the team, handling any recruitment requirements where necessary.
Stay up to date with online trends and digital innovations, sharing insights and recommendations with the team and management.
