Do you have experience of getting the very best from a sales team, mentoring and motivating them to exceed their targets and delight their customers?

You can overhaul our systems and procedures to make everything as fast and fluid as possible to ensure that orders, queries, compliments and complaints are dealt with in the very best way.

The ideal manager will have customer service experience alongside understanding and experience of the role of CRM and e commerce business to provide the very best customer experience and journey.

You and your team will build relationships and ensure the customer journey is a pleasant experience whilst gently making product suggestions.
