As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the point of contact for this niche luxury brand.
You will act as a true ambassador for the brand, using your excellent communication skills and flawless attention to detail to reply to emails and engage with customers on the phone. It is a very admin focused role.
You will take responsibility for processing orders, investigating and resolving any delivery or product issues, offering a truly outstanding customer experience at all times. You will also assist the marketing manager in her day.
With a flexible can-do attitude, you will also support with day to day office management and other ad hoc admin duties.
