Italian manufacturer of cosmetic packaging Brivaplast has appointed Ernesto Paolillo as General Manager. He will supervise the company and will report to Stefano Vanoncini, Brivaplast’s CEO.

He will lead the production site in Italy and the Sales network, with challenging targets in growth and business development,” said the company.

Ernesto Paolillo graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico University in Milan. He started his professional career in Automotive and, after a few years, continued in Cosmetic Packaging covering different positions in Product and Project Management, Technical Management and Business Development.

Ernesto Paolillo spent over the last 13 years within the Albéa Group focusing his experience in cosmetic packaging for mascara, gloss and eyeliners.

With around 200 employees between the production sites in Italy and in China, and a total turnover of around 35 million euros, Brivaplast is a key player for mascara, gloss and eyeliner packaging with a large portfolio of standard packs. Recently the company started to develop customized packs for leading international beauty brands in Europe and the USA, doubling the sales turnover in the last five years. Brivaplast also produces customized fragrance caps.
