To support the launch of Paco Rabanne’s latest fragrance for women the brand wanted an elegant and sensual magazine campaign, a little provocative, just like its perfume.

Used on retail boxes, flocking was naturally used again on this exceptional format. Applied selectively, this technique has made it possible to enhance the value of the bottle and refined by a play of contrast between the matt velvet and the shine of the varnish.

In an era where digital technology is an important part of our daily lives, this tactile and visual effect creates emotion. Present on the back of the insert, the sample completes this sensory journey and lets you discover an oriental floral fragrance,” said Arcade Beauty in a release.

To successfully complete this project, Arcade Beauty relied on the expertise of PPA and Flock 1. The selective flocking was carried out on coated paper and deposited in register on the four-colour process with perfect control of excess fibres.
