Topline Products Company Inc., a supplier of cosmetics packaging and products, is opening its first North American manufacturing unit in Reynosa, Mexico.
Located across the border from McAllen, Texas, the new Topline plant will initially run filling operations for fragrance and nail enamel products and the assembling of cosmetics gift sets. The new 26,000-square-foot facility [1] is also designed with a cleanroom for special filling operations. The leased building has space for expansion to an additional 100,000 square feet [2].
“Not only does the new North American site increase our global presence, but it will significantly benefit our customers by reducing their working capital costs and supply chain lead time,” said Charles Chang, Topline president. “The new plant thus adds value to our services by enhancing customer productivity and inventory management operations.”
