For the launch of Burberry Body, Interparfums trusted RPC beauté to design a particularly complex cap, consisting of an insert made of galvanized ABS with a golden rose shade specifically created for this project.

"Thanks to a sophisticated technology that RPC beauté has been mastering for several years, this insert was repositioned in a mould and overmoulded with a very thick layer of Surlyn. It is the use of an innovative cooling process during this overmoulding that permitted us to achieve this operation,” the company said.

After the assembly of a ballast weight and an interior, the cap’s eventually weighted about 70 grams, thus contributing to increase the feeling of value associated with the product and reinforcing its image of a luxury product! This corresponds to a real trend among luxury brands that continue to increase their demand for quality.

The launch of Burberry Body is the largest in the history of Interparfums, as the company makes more than a half of its sales with the brand in tartan.
