L’Oreal should sell Sanoflore’s production unit to Fareva, a French OEM/ODM. Sanoflore’s raw material department, including farming facilities producing botanical extracts, should be sold to Orgarôme, a French producer of flavours and fragrance compositions, and a subsidiary of Orgasynth.

L’Oreal, which acquired the organic cosmetics brand Sanoflore in 2006, wants to “focus on research, development and marketing of its products in France and around the world,” commented Elisabeth Araujo Director General Sanoflore.
