Ileos reorganizes Alliora and Packetis

Alliora, a subsidiary of Ileos specialising in high quality packaging for the beauty products and wine and spirits markets, announced that Stéphane François has been appointed as Managing Director of the company. At 44, Stéphane François, has strong background in the packaging and printing industrries. He replaces Thierry Lucereau.

Alliora also said it succeeded in reinforcing its position in the high-end packaging sector for the beauty and spirits industries, in particular through a wider offering of set-up boxes and its participation in the Global Prestige Pack alliance, which allows the company to provide “hand made” items in partnership with the Indian company Utility Printpack, and to reinforce its presence in the USA with Curtis Packaging.

Packetis, another subsidiary of Ileos, specialising in packaging for the hygiene, health and beauty care markets, announced that Philippe Declerck has been appointed as Managing Director, in replacement of Emmanuel Herbinet. He joined Nord Est, parent company of Ileos, in June 1999 and was promoted to Assistant General Manager in January 2006.
