The latest edition of Cosmoprof Asia, which was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 9-11 November 2011, ended on a significant increase of visitors.

According to the organizers, the total number of visits for the three days was “over 48,500 (up 8% on 2010) with a record in international attendance”. Actually, almost 30,000 visitors came from outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, up 14% compared to 2010, an increase that would come mostly from Australia, Brazil, Mainland China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Middle East, Russia, Turkey and the USA.

This 16th edition of the exhibition was also the largest ever with 68,000 sqm of exhibition space (up 18% on the 2010 edition) hosting 1,780 exhibitors (up 9 % on 2010) from more than 40 countries.
