In contrast to the previous sender-oriented menu system, the focus is now user-oriented. Content is no longer allocated to a fixed area, but is based on the interests of job applicants, business partners, investors, or journalists. This means that in the careers area one will find not only job-related topics, but also the company’s profile and history, for example.

Greater focus is placed on the company’s global brands Nivea, Eucerin, and La Prairie. Users are provided with links and further brand information. In addition, a permanently visible brand box sidebar allows quick access at any time to the Brands and Innovations area.
