Actipack makes an annual turnover of EUR 14 million, employs 60 staffs and runs two manufacturing units, one in France and the other in the Czech Republic since 2001. This year, the French plant was equipped was two new injection machines, bringing up the total to twenty machines in operation in the company’s two production units. The health and beauty market contributes to 70% of Actipack’s turnover.
Actipack’s sister company, Loire Plastic Industrie (a turnover of 60 million EUR and 50 staffs), specialised in the manufacture of plastic boxes and caps, was also presenting its novelties during the Emballage tradeshow, featuring a brand new dosing pills-bottle and future green plastic (polylactic acid, PLA) product developments. The cooperation of Actipack, Loire Plastique Industrie and Packinov (builder of hot sealing machines) within the Axium group enable them to propose full packaging solutions.
