United Brands Marketing (UBM), a German manufacturer of liner pens for the cosmetics industry, is launching a series of dark coloured lip liners (Burgundy, Marsala, Dark Berry, etc.).
With the XL jumbo MONO Lipstain, UBM offers an intense colour with a very long-lasting effect. The semi-permanent formula is 100% water-based and “it won’t smudge or run.” According to the supplier, the colour lasts up to 12 hours, with a smooth and natural feel on the lips. The custom-designed tips are designed both for contour shaping and lips filling.
The Slim DUO lipliner is an easy to use tool for contouring the lips. It is available in different combinations of packaging and tips.
