With the My Clarins line and its nine vegan and healthy recipes, the French brand specialized in skincare targets the 18-29 years old by entering the clean beauty trend.

For this new launch, Clarins entrusted the Texen Rose factory, in the South-East of France, which is focused on skincare plastic packaging, with this new project. The factory used its industrial expertise to create a collection of lids destined for the day care jars and sleep mask in the range.

Texen created the injected lid with two parts that are put together using online assembly. The supplier’s expertise in injection and precision assembly gives the illusion of a perfect single part.

The top has a shiny aspect while the inside and lateral areas are matte. The contrast is obtained using specific treatments applied to the material within the mould. When the lid is screwed on, the pad-printed logo on top is precisely positioned to line up with the décor on the jar itself. “This precision to the nearest millimetre was made possible thanks to the meticulous tuning of Texen’s machinery and video monitoring,” explains the company.

Texen developed the cap in two different shades for the three references of RE-BOOST day cream and the RE-CHARGE sleep mask.
