The Air Liquide subsidiary specialized in cosmetics formulation came to the last FCE Cosmetique show in São Paulo to confirm its application laboratory was about to open in Brazil, and showcase its new products adapted to the market’s expectations.

Daniela Valverde, Application Technical Manager Latin America

After Paris, Shanghai, and New York City, the group’s fourth application laboratory had been announced at the last edition of the show. It will officially open in June 2015 in São Paulo, with Daniela Valverde as its Director. “We aim to get as close as possible to our customers, help them with ingredient application, or develop with them,” she explains.

In the long run, thanks to this new laboratory, SEPPIC will be able to innovate on whole ranges dedicated and adapted to Brazilian and South American cosmetics on the segments of face care – which is booming –, body care, hair care, and sun care.

Among the new products announced at the last in-cosmetics tradeshow in Barcelona, SEPPIC already presented four formulas at FCE:

Melting Caramel Butter, a moisturizing body butter with a melting texture,
Subzero Geltrap, an ultra-fresh emollient formula for the body,
Techno Geltrap, a boosting formula for the body and face,
and T Zone Matifier, a mattifying, powder face product.

Melting and fresh textures, mattifying effects… Daniele Valverde made this selection according to criteria meeting the specific market expectations in Brazil, a country subject to a hot, humid climate.
