Barcelona based beauty and perfumery group Puig has acquired the niche fragrance brands Penhaligon’s and L’Artisan Parfumeur from Fox Paine & Company. Both brands have their own retail network (limited to France for L’Artisan Parfumeur) and a global presence.

Puig says this acquisition “firmly positions the in the growing exclusive, high-end fragrance category.
