MISSION:

In this role, you will be in charge to plan and coordinate New Product Development and improvement of existing ones, aligned with Marketing and General Direction Strategies, under Marketing Coordination instructions; with the aim ensure the right portfolio of personal care categories and the achievement of our Company Sales rates.

MAIN DUTIES:

1. As regards Portfolio:

Development and implementation Marketing Mix Plan for new or existing products, with the aim to assure a wide and suitable range of references to achieve sales goals.

Adapt and update product portfolio, identifying and proposing new business opportunities.

Define and propose new products or improvements of the existing actions.

Analysis of sales and roll out corrective actions.

Evaluation project profitability,

  • Collaborate with the departments involved in the development and improvement of products leading the projects.
  • Design commercial presentations of their categories focused on selling the products to the customer and/or other departments and coordinator or General management support in later presentations.

2. About Market Surveys

Keep Deep knowledge of national and worldwide markets, as regards product, position and pricing, catching business opportunities.

Updating market information by Kantar, Nielsen, Mintel.

3. About Team Management:

Leading 1or 2 marketing technicians, guides them and mentoring them for development and alignment with Company goals.

Promotes team-playing and continuous innovation.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Four years experienced in product management into Personal Care Industries. Project Management skills.

Background in market survey for consumer sector.
Sales and /or account manager background as a value.

EDUCATION:

Master Degree in Marketing, Economics, Cosmetics or similar.
Knowledge of Nielsen, Kantar & Mintel reports.

LANGUAGES:

Fluent English, Fluent Spanish.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES:

Initiative, Communication skills, negotiation skills, Flexible for changes, Client Orientation. SelfConfidence. Good analytical and Planing Capabilities.
Relocation to Tarragona /Castellón Area.
Own car.
Availability for Business travels.
