You will be Leading the R&D projects to develop new products across a portfolio of hair care brands.  You will use your experience and knowledge to design and implement research programs to improve depth of technical understanding and identify opportunities for new growth platforms.

Researching new ideas and formulations for hair care is what you love to do, you’re at your happiest creating new innovations. You will be constantly analyzing product components and manufacturing processes with objective to reduce costs and improve gross margins. As well as being all about the underlying science you want to share your ideas articulately companywide ensuring flawless and accurate handovers for manufacturing, marketing and regulations.
