Jean-François Bouygues, joins the management board of the Pochet group

Subsequent to the retirement of Hubert Varlet, its CEO, the Pochetgroup is reorganizing its management.

After 27 years with the group Pochet, a world leader in the packaging of high-end industrial perfumes, cosmetics and skin care, Hubert Varlet is not completely breaking ties with the company since he’s becoming a member of the company’s supervisory board.

Effective 1 April 2012, Jean-François Bouygues is succeeding Hubert Varlet to the group’s Executive Board.

Aged 52, Jean-François Bouygues joined the Pochet group in September 2011 as CFO. A Certified Public Accountant, he started his career as an auditor at Mazars. His professional path then encompassed all usual functions occupied by the head of a Finance Department in a major French subcontractor of the automotive industry, the Plastic Omnium group.
