Fe Geda

US producer of flavors, fragrances and botanical extracts, Bell Flavors & Fragrances recently announced several new management hires and promotions.

Fe Geda was appointed to the position of Quality Control Manager at the Middletown facility. She will manage the day-to-day operations of the quality control laboratory. Fe brings with her 25+ years of fragrance quality control experience and previously worked at Takasago. Fe has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Chemistry from Adamson University.

Karen Graves

Karen Graves was appointed to the position of Sensory Director at Bell’s headquarters in Northbrook, IL. Karen comes to Bell with twelve years of experience in sensory and consumer research, having worked at Kraft Foods. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Food Industry and Business with a Specialization in Communications. In addition, she earned a Master’s of Science in Food Science with a specialization in Sensory Science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Robert Siegel

Robert Siegel was promoted to Senior Perfumer. He has an extensive background in perfumery. He began his career at Bell in 1992 as a Fragrance Lab Technician. Robert was accepted as an apprentice member of the American Society of Perfumers in 2000 and a full member in 2005. He gained experience at Fragrance & Fragrance Specialties and Orchidia Fragrances before returning to Bell as Perfumer in 2011.
