Do you wow with your customer service?

Are you strong enough to take on a new challenge where you can make the role your own?

Have you got what it takes to manage the whole order fulfilment and customer service?

You will be working in the trendy West London office within the ecommerce team managing the website, stock, orders, fulfilment and administration.  Your happy to roll you sleeves up and lift boxes when required.

It will be your responsibility to manage stock at head office, including full fulfilment of customer orders, stock counts & stock level replenishment especially in line with press and marketing initiatives.

Using your natural enthusiasm to ensure customer service calls & emails are answered in a prompt & friendly manner including support customers that need help with regards to website usability.

As well as managing the stock and customer service you will also be required to support the head office and ecommerce teams with general administration tasks for example online product reviews, returns processing & analysis. You will need to utilise all your organisational and time management skills to get all the jobs done.

This is a great interesting role for someone to make it their own but is happy to muck in with the rest of the company when required.
