Are you a keen, lean, business changing machine?

Do you have experience of leading lean manufacturing initiatives within in a FMCG/Cosmetics factory?

This is a great role working with one of the world’s largest beauty company’s, you will be responsible leading bold changes through Lean Manufacturing initiatives within the site.

You will ensure continuous, systemic, and sustainable elimination of waste through developing a fully engaged culture of continuous improvement (zero waste mindset), execution of RIEs linked to the site Vision and annual Strategy Deployment. Building of foundational capability for long term sustainment.

With your experience in a similar role in a FMCG/Cosmetic company you will be able to create a vision that directs change efforts at the site and develops strategic plans to achieve the vision.  Using your proven people management skills to eliminate barriers to change and modify systems / processes as required that support the plans.
