Intercos has announced it has filed a request for admission to list its shares on the Milan stock exchange (Mercato Telematico Azionario - MTA).

The company said it intends to use a portion of the proceeds it will receive from the listing to support its growth strategy and strengthen its capital and financial position in order to reduce its debt.

Founded in 1972 by Dario Ferrari, Intercos is among the leading global developers and manufacturers of cosmetics and skin care products on a business-to-business outsourcing basis. Among its customers are some of the best-known brands and retailers of the Italian and international colour cosmetics industry. The group employs more than 2,800 employees and operates 7 research centres, 12 production sites and 11 marketing offices across four continents.
