All wooden caps proposed by Promens are made from wood sourced from PEFC certified suppliers, it means coming from sustainable forests. The wooden caps are made of 100% solid wood. They are available in several species but the main wood used for cosmetics is ash.

Manufactured with automatic woodturning or routed with computer numerical controlled (CNC) machines, wooden caps can be worked into an infinite variety of forms, sizes and thickness. It is the perfection of the finish of the wooden caps that will enhance the brand identity and positioning. After the polishing stage, the wooden caps can be varnished or lacquered. Several methods (engraving, laser marking, hot stamping, silk screening and pad printing) can be used to customize and further beautifying the cap.

Eventually, the wooden packaging components need a plastic insert to give them functionality. The assembling of wood part and plastic inner is the last stage to have the final cap.

Promens proposes the existing 50ml Diamond cosmetic jar so as the 50ml Slidissime airless cosmetic jar adorned with ash caps available in several colours: white, dark grey, brown or natural wood, etc. Bottles can also be fitted with wooden caps.
