Salary: £50-70,000 DOE

Have you got proven strong sales management experience in both UK & International beauty?
You are driven and sales focused while being an expert at multi-tasking and prioritising, you are a tough negotiator with an eye on the margins that really matter. You lead by example to your team and encourage the best of the best.
Your excellent commercial awareness enables you to successfully manage and analyse sales activities, performance and trends. You are first class in forecasting, monitoring stock commitment, pricing and margins.
You will use your fantastic communication skills and problem-solving abilities to manage an account manager as well as the UK and Global distributors and accounts. Working across different sales channels with retailers like Space NK, Selfridges, ASOS, Net a Porter, Sephora and M&S.
You are confident and have a proven track record of building relationships externally with buyers and internally with multiple departments. You will be working in an exciting and friendly office environment where everybody has a “roll your sleeves up and get stuck in” attitude. There will be frequent travel both nationally and internationally.
