Eurofragance, the Barcelona-headquartered designer and producer of fragrances for fine fragrance, personal and home care categories, has appointed Leandro Nonino as its new General Manager and Vice President of Sales in the United States. “This new appointment will bring Eurofragance closer to its goal of growing in the American market, where it is already operating with a production plant and creative centre in Mexico,” states the company in a release.

Leandro Nonino has joined Eurofragance to promote and strengthen the company’s overall and local strategy in the United States.

Now in his new position, Mr. Nonino will be responsible for consolidating the integration between Fragrance Design, a US subsidiary of the company located in Atlanta, and the Eurofragance structure. He will also be part of the team in the United States and will integrate it into the company’s global organisation. As well as defining the marketing and sales strategy for the region, Leandro Nonino will design and implement a three-year business plan in line with Eurofragance’s objectives for 2020.

The new General Manager and Vice President of Sales in the United States has extensive experience in multinationals such as Firmenich, Evolva SA and Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. where he has worked in sales, marketing and business development. “His career has steered him into the world of fragrances. With his knowledge of business strategy, Eurofragance’s new recruit will coordinate the Marketing and Sales Department by implementing strategic planning in the North American region”, added the company.

Eurofragance has a local presence in more than 60 countries and sells in five continents. Its subsidiaries are located in Turkey, Mexico, Dubai, Singapore and Atlanta, and it has production plants in Barcelona, Mexico DF and Singapore. It also has exclusive distribution in the Philippines. In 2017, the company invoiced 72.2 million euros and it currently employs more than 280 professionals.
