Coty has announced the appointment of its future leadership in the UK & Ireland.

The appointments are effective as of the close of the merger with P&G Specialty Beauty, which is expected to occur in October 2016:
Daniel Minney has been appointed General Manager, Coty Consumer Beauty, UK & Ireland. Daniel, who is currently the Managing Director for Wella UK & Ireland, has 25 years of experience working with P&G across many categories and countries.

Alexis Vaganay has been appointed General Manager, Coty Luxury, UK & Ireland. Alexis will join Coty from BIC and previously Unilever, where he held various GM and marketing roles across personal care and consumer products in North America and Europe.

Andrew Kelsall has been appointed General Manager, Coty Professional Beauty, UK & Ireland. A UK native, Andrew has 20 years of sales and management experience and is currently the Managing Director for Wella in Brazil.

The General Managers across Coty Consumer Beauty, Coty Luxury and Coty Professional Beauty will play a substantial role in Coty’s future growth. The divisions will, where it makes sense, share some services and office accommodations, but otherwise each division will operate separately. Each will have their own ambitions for great performance in the UK & Ireland. Until the closing of the transaction, the current Country Leaders from Coty and P&G Specialty Beauty remain fully responsible for their respective company brand portfolios and for all business matters in the UK & Ireland,” said Coty in a release.

The commercial headquarters for the UK & Ireland will be in Wimbledon, London.
