Do you have recognised engineering qualification in a production discipline?

Can you be a process ‘champion’ and support the wider factory in related projects?

This is a great role working with one of the world’s largest beauty company’s, using your cosmetics/ FMCG experience you will deploy a maintenance strategy as defined by the maintenance and engineering functions with the production cell.

As a part of the production management team you will ensure that optimum operation requirements are met whilst bringing competitive advantage by leading and supporting continuous improvement projects.  You will be Leading the OEE and TAL continuous improvement activity, gathering and analysing associated data, lead root cause investigations and develop and implement action plans.

Working In-conjunction with the Maintenance Manager, the Engineering Project Manager (NPD) and the Cell Managers you will take ownership of the introduction of new products, identify new equipment and tooling requirements to ensure product quality, costs and launch dates are achieved.

A safe working environment it is at the forefront of everything you do. Your eye for detail is as precise and your head for numbers. You are constantly on the look out to improve processes and save costs whilst maintaining quality.
