On the occasion of the next Luxe Pack Monaco tradeshow, which will be held on the 27th-29th October 2014, Axilone will present two new styles of packaging created for Givenchy: a miniature version of the Givenchy Le Rouge lipstick, and the bottle stopper for the fashion house’s latest range of perfumes, L’Atelier Givenchy.

Specialised in stoppers, caps and lipstick cases, Axilone has been working for Givenchy for several decades, they designed and made the perfume bottle stoppers for Amarige, Ange ou Démon, Play For Her and Very Irrésistible.

Launched during the spring, L’Atelier Givenchy is a range of perfumes inspired by the fashion house’s haute-couture creations and emblematic fabrics. An inspiration which is also found in the packaging, with the stopper of the perfume bottle in the shape of a bobbin complete with cotton thread. Made from smokey black coloured Surlyn, the hexagonal stopper is topped with a fine sheet of black lacquered zamak, on which the brand’s logo is engraved, with a ring in PCTA decorated with a different coloured thread for each perfume.

Launched in 2013, “Le Rouge “ is a fashion range of lipsticks, completed with a leather case. “Although the mini version is given as a free sample, it still has to be of the same high standard and quality,” highlights Axilone in a release. The mini thus has a standard lipstick mechanism the same as its larger version. The packaging and finishing is also of the same standard.

Made in ABS with a semi-matt varnish finish, the base and cap have undergone a number of hot stamping highlights: one along the cap highlighting the brand name, and two others on the top of the cap highlighting the brand logo.
