Are you an assistant brand manager with a creative flair and a hands-on attitude?

Can you manage a whole NPD process from concept to launch?

With your proven track record of project management skills within the FMCG industry, you will be working on NPD and marketing projects from concept to launch within the Personal Care team. Looking for gaps in the market you will be innovative with thinking up new ideas for consumers and retailers and assisting with the marketing PR and digital campaigns.

Your previous exposure to NPD process will allow you to develop prioritisation of projects according to commercial and/or strategic needs and develop and maintain critical pathway (CPA) documents for all NPD projects. You will facilitate and attend weekly NPD meetings to monitor and evaluate progress on each project
