Arcade Beauty has taken stake in Adelpi, a French startup specializing in the development of interactive consoles that can distribute samples or offer mini-products for sale and also collect consumer data.

Adelpi develops connected sampling machines with interactive screens. These terminals can inform users about the products offered to them through various media (videos, ad campaigns, pictures, product information…). Then consumers can ask for the perfume or cosmetic sample of their choice, after filling in a quick questionnaire with their names and email addresses (addresses are checked and validated in real time). A QR code can be added to the sample in order to get more information about its journey and transformation into a product purchase.

Designed for the cosmetics, fragrance and skincare markets, the consoles can be installed either at the point-of-sale or in other public spaces.

This new strategic partnership is in line with the Arcade Beauty’s commitment to developing innovative product sampling solutions. "Arcade Beauty is pursuing its investment in new technology,” explains Carl Allain, managing director of Arcade Beauty Europe. “This partnership confirms our commitment to offer our customers new distribution solutions for samples or mini-products, all the while developing interactivity between brands and consumers. We are thrilled with the many opportunities this partnership will generate.
