On the occasion of the Cosmopack tradeshow, which was held on 19-22 March 2015 in Bologna, Italy, Albéa has presented a range of multifunctional brushes named Jardin Secret (French for “secret garden”). The three new brushes (Camelia, Iris, Violet) stems from the combination of two Albéa technologies: Da Vinci and Multizones.

Seen from above these brushes are designed with unique petal-like forms. Albéa’s know-how used in designing this new family of brushes results in different cuts and fibre types all in one brush.

Camelia is a fine, dual-function mascara brush with a length and volume effect. The body of the brush, formed by 3 petals with soft fibres, makes it easy to coat and lengthen the eyelashes. The very narrow, rigid fibre tip acts like a small comb to reach the corners of the eye and complete the application.

Iris is a fine, dual-function brush that guarantees an extra volume effect. The body of the brush, formed with 4 petals combined with a special design, allows quick coating with perfect tip-to-root coverage of the eyelashes. It can also reach the corners of the eye with its narrow ergonomic tip.

Violet is an ergonomic mascara brush with the dual function of volume and definition. The brush body of is made of 3 petals combining soft and stiff fibres for highly satisfactory coating of the eyelashes and excellent combing. Its narrow, functional tip acts like a miniature comb for perfect definition.

These new mascara brushes are produced at the new Albéa Bottanuco site in Italy, European Centre of Excellence for mascara and World Expertise Centre for the Albéa Tips Studio program.
