Rexam’s Personal Care division, recently contributed to three three major fragrance launches.

The XD-11 fine mist pump, with the MaxiMist insert, and a three-piece closure manufactured by the global supplier of consumer goods packaging were thus selected to power John Galliano’s latest fragrance: Parlez-moi d’Amour.

Rexam’s Le Treport (Normandy) facility created the package’s engine, while the Simandre (Burgundy) plant crafted the three-piece cap, which includes an internal section (PP), a weight, and an external, engraved and metalized outer piece (ABS, chosen for ease of metallization). Rexam was already a partner (cap and pump) for Galliano’s first fragrance launch, in 2008.

For its part, Ralph Lauren Fragrances (L’Oréal) has selected Rexam’s NPT fragrance pump for the global launch of its Big Pony collection, four scents released to accompany Ralph Lauren’s Big Pony clothing line that will be heavily promoted to the under-30 men’s market.

The NPT fragrance pump is a Rexam classic. With The Crimpless System (TCS) invented and patented by Rexam in 1988, the collar can be adjusted to fit the bottle design.

Furthermore, Rexam also contributed to the recent launch of Ted Lapidus’ White Soul and Black Soul fragrances, contributing on this occasion to the promotional part. Indeed, Ted Lapidus has selected Rexam’s Sof’Press mini-product spray for the production of the line samplers.

For the Ted Lapidus launches, the Sof’Press was created with a black bottle/black pump and white bottle/white pump for the Black Soul and White Soul fragrances, respectively, and silver silk screening for added appeal. The mini-product uses the Rexam Le Treport facility’s efficient and smooth Rexam SP5 pump.
