“Unavoidable!” That’s how many insiders of the paper and cardboard industry describe expected price increases. “Just imagine that, in a few months, we were impacted by a 25% increase in the price of chemicals, a 40% rise in the price of energy and a 50% rise in the price of wood,” declared one of them to Premium Beauty News.
Prices of paper and cardboard materials are therefore likely to increase by a minimum of 10% before September 2008.
