Rexam, recently announced that it has appointed Mrs Misha Riveros Jacobson to lead its Plastic Packaging’s Personal Care division. She will lead operations that include more than 20 plants across the globe and nearly 10,000 employees.
Jacobson brings to Rexam more than 20 years of relevant experience including her most recent position as president of Alcoa Auto and Truck Structures based in Cleveland, Ohio. Before joining Alcoa, she was general manager of GE Plastics Mexico. She has broad international experience having lived and worked in Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, France, Spain and Japan.
Jacobson joined Rexam on November 10, and will officially take over this new position on December 1. Jacobson will be based in Perrysburg, Ohio, and will report to Group Director Plastic Packaging, Graham Chipchase.
