Considering the growing need for differentiation of the cosmetic bottles by complex forms and high quality elaborated decorations, as well as the growing constraints linked to the realization of increasingly small series and the need for permanent optimization of the production costs, Machines Dubuit, the French expert of direct impression on objects, developed Concept 329, a range of three machines adapted to various types of applications:, impression on small glass bottles with UV inks and/or enamel and impression on plastic containers with UV ink.

According to Machines Dubuit, “these new machines are completely numerical (servo-motors) and allow screen printing decorations without discontinuity on bottles with the most various shapes (cylindrical, oval, irregular parallelepipeds, half-moon, polygons, etc). Controlled by servo-motor, the printing head can print indifferently across (transverse) or bottom to top (longitudinal) of the object, so as to fit to the decor or to the shape of the bottle.

Operations of loading, registration, cleaning, UV drying and unloading, are simultaneously performed in masked time during printing cycle, thus allowing high outputs up to 4000 objects/h. The machines are suitable for up to 2 colours with high precision between colours.
