Collistar chooses Lumson’s latest airless
The airless system proposed by Lumson, which combines a glass bottle and an extruded pouch, was chosen by Collistar for its Perfecta line.
Airless with a glass bottle
Named “Tag-System” (for Techno Airless Glass System), Lumson’s new airless system features two major innovations: a glass container and a patented manufacturing process for the extruded pouch, which looks like a preformed with a rigid collar and flexible body.
That is precisely the container that Collistar, a leading Italian cosmetic brand, recently chose for the launch of its for the launch of its new product Perfection Serum, which is part of the anti-ageing line Perfecta.

Practical and eco-friendly
The management team of the Italian manufacturer of cosmetic packaging products has nick-named the system Eco-Lock, due to the product’s two functional characteristics:
- A tamper-evident feature, thanks to a blocking system between the pump and the inner pouch that avoids the tampering of the bottle once it is filled in and helps protecting the product.
- The “Eco-Lock system", which allows unscrewing the pump and extracting the full separation of the plastic components from the glass bottle, in order to recycle glass with glass and plastic with plastic. The packaging is therefore fully recyclable and ecofriendly.
Customised decorations
Lumson also proposes a wide range of decorations, in particular what they call, on the one hand, the “Glass Enhancer” that implies water lacquering of the inner of the bottle in order to enhance the natural beauty of glass and, on the other hand, the “Mirror Effect”, through a metallic lacquering of the inner of the bottle.
