This Christmas season, Cosfibel is dressing up coffrets! To each packaging its universe, conception, and design, but all have a common denominator: irreproachable quality

Customization for Diesel

Diesel’s coffrets for Christmas 2009 draw on the tradition of collectible books. The creation of 21 SKUS called on no less than 48 operations and the conception of specific tools.

The first production challenge for the packaging entirely made of cardboard was to obtain a rounded aspect and imitation bands to best imitate a book. In order to reproduce the gilding on the edge of collectible books, the sides of the coffrets were covered with aluminum or silver foil.

Superimposed waffle decoration and markings called on a perfect control of the register, in addition to the cut-out window (in APET) on the front of the coffrets. Closure is through two magnets.

This turnkey solution includes thermoformed wedges by Cosfibel subsidiary Tepor, and the outsourced management of the conditioning of all SKUS.

Elegance is a standard at Caron

Caron opted for a beautifully crafted and simple traditional mounted coffret. Decoration for Pour un Homme de Caron consists of silkscreen set off with silver hot stamping decor and two green grosgrain ribbons on the top, to resemble a gift box.

The box exudes natural sophistication—a reflexion of the mythical fragrance and its streamlined bottle with pure, masculine lines. The fragrance comes in two variants: one coffret features a 125ml EdT and rechargeable 30ml spray in anodized aluminum with silkscreen (supplied by Cosfibel) and mini funnel. The second coffret includes a 200ml EdT, body and hair shampoo and mini-stick deodorant.

Only the finest case for Decléor

At Decléor, Christmas rhymes with sensorial experience and beauty rituals. Each coffret holds the secrets to a specific beauty and well-being program, for face or body. There are 9 SKUS in all (5 for the face and 4 for the body).

The Secret d’Hydratation coffret, for example, encloses a moisturizing cream, face mask, lip balm and serum, while the Secret de Sensorialité features a music, candle, tea, relaxing balm and floral water. The Spa coffret offers a bamboo bowl and spatula.

To give its products the most elegant presentation, Decléor chose Mandalay Design to create these fine taupe-colored cases.

Nothing was left to coincidence in the production process, beginning with the choice of ecological FSC-certified paper. The cover is decorated with a lotus flower, offset embossed printing and covered with a selective varnish. The brand name appears in gold hot-stamping.

Inside, the products are nestled in a wedge that is hidden behind a wedge concealer, also with offset decoration.

The coffret also features «eyelet» cardboard sheath, trimmed with a grosgrain ribbon, on which a small aluminum medallion decorated with an embossed flower is delicately stamped.

Most of the conditioning was done by Tepor, another Cosfibel subsidiary.
