Brivaplast, an Italian manufacturer of cosmetics packaging, based near Milan, and specialised in primary packaging for make-up products, said it will focus most of its investments on gloss and mascara.

These massive investments will concern the development of new industrial equipment (production machines, assembly line), the design of a new standard packaging line, and the creation of new application systems.

Brivaplast aims to double the production capacity of mascara bottles in its Italian plant. Similar investments are also scheduled in the company’s factory of Suzhou in China, with the arrival this year of new manufacturing and assembly lines and the development of new packaging for mascara and gloss products.

François Xavier Vorzet, who was recently appointed sales representative for Brivaplast in France, confirmed the Italian supplier of primary packaging aims to become on of the key leaders in the mascara and gloss markets.
