Topline Products Company, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of product packaging for cosmetic and personal care product marketers adds two key positions as it continues its growth in serving global cosmetic markets. Kathy Kordowski has joined Topline Products as Vice President of Operations and Ralph DeVito has joined as Director of Product Design and Development.
