Jill Belasco, Maesa Group US

In the wake of recent business acquisitions, the Maesa Group, a worldwide leader in turn-key cosmetics solutions, is reorganising its top management in the U.S.A.

Jill Belasco, Founder of Maesa Home (formerly Latitudes International) has been named CEO of the Maesa Group, U.S. She will oversee U.S. operations and strategy for all four divisions: Maesa Studio, Maesa Packaging, Maesa Home and Maesa Beauty. She will report to the Board of Directors of the Maesa Group, led by the group’s founders and Co-Chairs, Gregory Mager and Julien Saada.

Gregory Mager, while continuing in his role as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors, will assume the responsibility of President of Maesa Beauty, U.S. and will lead the turnkey beauty business comprising cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and personal care.

Scott Oshry, Co-Founder of Maesa Packaging (formerly Zorbit Resources) has been named to the newly created position of President, Maesa Studio, U.S. Sean Brosmith, also a founding partner in Maesa Packaging, will work with him as Chief Creative Officer for the design division of the group.
