This set of innovative products illustrates the Group’s investments in the search for new low-impact materials, as well as its use of advanced industrial process technology.
Bormioli Rocco claims to be the first in Italy to propose cosmetics packaging made of 100% recycled PET that have the same mechanical properties as virgin PET bottles, and similar transparency with numerous possibilities for decoration.
In the same move to address the growing sensibility to environmental protection, and the subsequent consumers’ preference for products supplied in eco-friendly packaging, Bormioli Rocco has also developed roll-ons for deodorant dispensers using a system that reduces production times and optimises resources. The ball, housing and cap are assembled in a single process and then compression-fitted onto the filled bottle.
